Office National Centre for Research and Development in Brussels, together with Office for the Promotion of Science PolSCa PAN in Brussels they invite — in cooperation with the COST Association and the Ministry of Education and Science — to a webinar dedicated to the programme KOSTEN, which will take place in Friday 17 September at 9.30 am — 12.00 pm.

The purpose of the information meeting is to provide the participants with the most important information
on the networking opportunities in the field of scientific and technical research it offers European Cooperation Programme in the Field of Scientific and Technical Research — COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) supporting the international cooperation of researchers, engineers and scientists in Europe based on the promotion and dissemination of scientific excellence within the framework of the so-called COST Action.

Participants of the webinar will learn how to get involved in the COST action and how to prepare an application. The role of the national COST coordinator will also be presented. The information part will also include presentations by researchers involved in COST activities and their panel discussion and a question and answer session.

The meeting will be opened by the Director of COST — Dr. Ronald de Bruin, which will present the participants with basic facts about the programme, while experts from the COST Office will discuss details on participation in COST Actions and how to submit an application, including in relation to the current competition. This part of the meeting will be conducted in English.

At the same time, we point out that nearest deadline for submission of competition applications In the COST program, it is October 29, 2021. Full information on the ongoing recruitment can be found under links.
