On 4 March the "Clean Industry: Securing European Economic Competitiveness" workshop took place at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, bringing together key representatives from Poland’s industrial, energy, financial, and transport sectors, as well as government officials.
The event aimed to address new European Commission legislative initiatives designed to enhance the competitiveness of the European economy. It provided participants with a platform for direct discussions and an in-depth analysis of the key challenges posed by EU regulations.
During the working sessions, attendees were divided into three thematic groups, focusing on:
✅ Sustainability reporting and taxonomy,
✅ Innovative energy transformation,
✅ Transport policy.
The workshop resulted in the formulation of concrete proposals that will serve as the foundation for further advocacy efforts at the EU level. In addition to deepening participants' understanding of EU legislative processes, the event facilitated constructive dialogue and the development of a unified position for Polish businesses in response to upcoming regulatory changes.
We encourage you to review the summary of the key postulates developed during the workshop – LINK (in Polish)
We plan to continue this format and will soon share more details about our upcoming initiatives. Stay tuned!
